I have a non-original 12 bolt in my 67 Camaro that I installed a few years ago. It has the following numbers on the front of the passenger side axle tube:

C10302B
E

Any information about what this rear end came out in originally would be appreciated.

BE would be a 4:10 gear with posi for 1969 or 2:56 Non posi for a 1968 code.

I'm not the expert here. But I think C10302 means March 10th in there somewhere. You should have some more #'s. Here's a helpful site for you. I'm having a hard time deciphering the year. Sorry.

Thanks for the info. Your right, there should be more numbers. However, that is all the numbers that are on the tube. The numbers that are there are pretty easy to see as the tube does not have any corrosion that would obscure the numbers.
