I rebuilt mine myself but They only needed seals, there was no groves in the cylinder bores. The two sides seperate but i could not get them apart because i did not have a socket that size that cleared the sides but i replaced the seals for the pistons still. It fixed my calipers and only cost $6 a caliper.
I think Ricks First Gen sells rebuilt calipers for like $125 or so. These Have been bored and sleeved and look nice. I think also they have a core charge.
If the bores are not groved try it yourself, its not to bad.
I used SSBC in NY and they did a beautiful job. http://www.stainlesssteelbrakes.com/ They totally tore them apart, cleaned, bored them and put stainless steel sleeves and all new pistons and seals and even new bolts. First class job by a company who has been around a long time and knows what they are doing.
