67 Headrest Escutcheon

Does anyone know of a vendor that sells a 67 headrest escutcheon? I have only seen the ones for 68 or 69's. My escutcheon is different as it has a screw hole in the middle on each side instead of on the corners.

Any help would be appreciated.
