70-73 Window Trim

Whats the best way to remove the rear window trim on 70-74 camaro without damaging it. I don't want to screw it up as is costs an arm and a leg to replace it.
I know Classic Industries sells a tool but I'm wary of their stuff after my headliner experience.

A special tool is available from Mac, Matco, Snap-on etc. Most of their tool trucks carry this common tool.

Some guys have made their own. It looks like an arrow head.

I got that special tool from i think national parts depot and it worked fine but i had to figure out how to use it
