I have an 89 camaro with a 2.8L MPFI motor that I have been restoring from a 6 year sit. Now in my many replacements I have replaced all of the fuel lines (send, return, vapor) and the car is idling quite well and when you have the pedal down it holds pretty nice. However, the initial press of the pedal the motor bogs down a littl and then comes back up.

Am I looking at dirty fuel injectors? if so is there a way to attempt to clean them out with replacing? Or should I be looking at something else entirely?

Any advice is much appreciated.

Try cleaning the MAF sensor.

The MAF sensor on the car is brand new.

And I am not sure what the fuel pressure is. I don't have the equipment to check that stuff.
