ok 3.1 V-6 automatic tranny. Cold it starts right up but after it starts to warm up, when you stop for a traffic light it will stall and not start again. Now I had the fuel pump pressure checked and it was at 48 lbs. and I have installed a new fuel filter. The only way I can get it started again is to pour gas into the intake manifold. You don't want to know how I do that. If I shove it in nuetral and keep the rpm up above 1500 it will stay running but runs rough. It goes down the road at 70 mph just fine. This is still driving me to drink. My wife says it's a short drive.
Help Please!

The engine was warmed up and it stalled at the garage and would not restart. The dude went into the shop and came back with a pressure gage. He was not gone more than a couple of minutes. anyway we put the gage on it and it was at zero, I turned the ingintion switch on and the pump came on, I could hear it running, and the gage went up to 48 psi. I then tried to start the engine and the gage stayed at 48 psi but the engine would not start. So I poured gas in the intake and drove home. Strange I think.
