The picture below (I hope it shows) is my front right fender by the turn-parking light. It has a dent, which I thought I could bump out. So far, no luck. Are there any tips or tricks to popping this back into shape or is this too much?
Could I apply heat? Heat + Cold (saw a youtube video about this).

That's not your fender that's your bumper. Since its made out of plastic heat might work, I'd heat it from the inside, place something there after to keep the shape and leave it for a week or two. If that don't work gonna have to replace.

There is actually a metal bracket that ties to the inner fender structure. IIRC there are studs on the bracket that the bumper extension bolts to. Take the nose off and make sure it isnt bent but I am betting it is.. Once you get it pulled out then you can work on the front bumper corner.
