yellow wire is low fuel module wire that connects to light in dash to make it flash when the module reads the tank is getting low, usually less than 1/4 tank it starts to flicker. Soon as the tank empties, it stays on solid red. A double check of fuel level since the guage is at times hard to see.
I connected this black wire to ground. Could that cause odd problems with the fuel gauge and temperature gauges? When I turn on the headlights, the fuel gauge goes to empty and the temperature gauge maxes out.
