You should check out Camaros.org.
The model #2900doesn't jibe with
69 camaro ( coupe or convertible )
They are an early OA 69 belt ( from a 69 ) perhaps a Chevelle
model # ??
More research is required . I am sure some one will
chime in …👍
A '69, but not sure what model? Apparently not Camaro...

...gonna guess, 69 Chevelle.;)
it seems there is some vague ideas floating around .
I did find a Quote from someone that said the “A“
stamp ( in the OA ) stood for full size GM cars .
ie. Impala .etc…
I haven’t seen that code #2900 show up on Chevelle
forums or anywhere else .

Model 2900 is from a 1969 El Camino, lap belt. The 9A69 decodes as 9th week of 1969. The "A" represents the section of the plant that produced that style belt. different styles were assembled in different areas and have a different letter. This is true whether the belts are Irvin, Hamill, Robbins, Daal, General Safety or Bay trim ( all supplied belts to GM).
