I need to recover the seats in my 68 (previous owners girlfriend took a razor to them). It looks like he had just done them because the foam and padding look new underneath. It also looks like he used the 67 blue instead of 68 because the dashpad is much darker then the seats and door panels.

My question is, are the seat covers available from Classic Industries, NPD and Rick's all the same or is there a noticable difference in quality/fit from the different vendors?

Any feedback would be appreciaed.

Hey NY magic' - No, all the seat cover sets are not the same.
I have been happiest with the PUI brand ( go here http://www.pui.cc/default.htm ) upholstry. I have installed several sets in my cars and they install well and have held up nicely.
The Classic set a friend recently ordered for a 72 was very bad quality - they had very bad seams and the material didn't look like the OEM interior. He returned and ordered a PUI kit from a local source and it looks great.
Try doing a search on here for 'seat covers' and see if any good info shows up.
