And check today's, (3/30/07), EPA's Federal Register Notice that state's that you just might lose your hobby exemption if you have an, I think, CO NAAQS exceedance....................

(Under Environmental Protection Agency Rules)....................

This is important to me for you guys to know about!!

Interesting reading. It looks like the EPA has approved this exemption and it is effective 4-30-07. The Co contingency had been talked about. I think we had come close last summer with Co readings. With all of the traffic here we probably will exceed the limits at some time in the near future.

I just got through on Thursday presenting our new de-centralized I/M program for the St. Louis Nonattainment area so am up on this stuff.

I presented 7 rules before our MACC that day so was quite stressed out.
