I know of one way to do it:
Buy a "hybrid" c5/c4 bracket from either Speedtech or Touring Classics
Use a C5 caliper abutment bracket (basket)
An LS1 caliper will mount on the C5 abutment
Use a C4 rotor
Use your drum hubs, but usually the flanges need to be machined down a bit in a lathe so they fit in the rotor hats.
I'm almost sure there are other ways to accomplish this - this is just one way.
