Do a search on this. It has been discussed in lenght before. Basically with the top up, and unlatched, remove the plug and tip on it's side. Fill the pump and have someone operate the switch. Keep doing this untill the top operates smoothly. The correct level of the fluid should be at the plug hole when on its side. Hope this helps
