Born with engine

i remember talking about this in a thread a while ago. this is actually the first time i have noticed it being used on the ebay ads. usually we see original matching numbers , numbers correct, etc. i guess TC has set the guidelines as to how we can distinguish if the motor it has in it was a "born with engine" or just a "matching numbers" engine.
