Hey guys, I bought some drop spindle assemblies for my vert and they had my car sitting car to low. I then bought some stock height spindles and tries to put them on. The guy installing them says I’m missing whatever the caliper bolts too. Can anyone tell me what piece I’m missing. I think it’s the dust shields but I may be mistaken. Thanks in advance guys!

If your drop spindles had cast-in steering arms, NOT bolt on. Then they use second gen Camaro brake parts and rotors. Only the calipers will transfer to a 69 style stock Camaro spindle.

You need to buy first gen rotors for a 69 Camaro and caliper brackets. You dont' need dust shields unless you will be driving in a lot of snow and mud, or want a more stock look. The shields keep mud off the rotors, but hurt cooling.

There are forged steel drop spindles with bolt on steering arms that use stock 69 caliper brackets, but it doesn't sound like you have those.
