Hello...
On line parts stores list 2 different year ranges for the second gen Camaro. 1970-1978, and 1979-1981. Can someone tell me what the difference is in them?
I think there are three different idler arms over the years, don't know about the rest but from 74 or 75 up, the upper A arm bushings got larger.
The 79 and up spindles have larger outer wheel bearing bore size.
The later year big car spindles w/ the bigger bearing fit the 12" rotor/hubs over a couple of years and I think only one year will take the smaller bearing F-body 12" one one so please check into this if you want to upgrade to the 12" disc setup..
Otherwise 11" here and maybe still the bearing size change???
