Is there a way to identify a camshaft with casting or stamping numbers? I have a Jan 69 CE block that has 1178 crank, pink rods and 11 to1 pistons. I would like to know more about the cam. I do know that has solid lifters.

I had a chance to pull the cam today. It has 7141 stamped on the distributor gear end. I will attach a photo.

Does anyone now the specs on this cam?

A pretty good cam for old school technology, I had one of those in a 11:1 327, it was an animal above 3000rpm's
