I have a few questions.
1. Does a 2011 Camaro RS have a plate on the bottom of the cats that you can take off to hollow out the cats, or are the cats welded?
2. If I were to hollow my cats, do I need a tune?
3. How much would a tune cost?
4. Where would I get a tune at, just any local shop?

Smart huh , lol. We don't do emission testing, and we RARELY get charged for cut cats. Just incase...
