Looks good! I wonder if that would get in the way of shifting? Seems like a tall piece.

The console is not actually fixed. It has velcro on the bottom and stick to your carpet. You can adjust it back and forth or remove it!

Now I have somwhere to lean when making a left turn....

My arm does sit a little higher, but overrall it's not too bad. This unit is from Classic Consoles. The stitching and material and workmanship it very good. I'm happy with the quality.
