Al, I put in a classified ad, wanted, and someone asked if I had seen another ad for some of the parts I was looking for. I responded to their ad and forgot about it. I just checked and this ad is gone. Just curious why. Was this a scammer? I just like to be aware. Thanks.

It sounds like it was either sold or expired. I don't recollect removing any ad that matches the description. Actually, the classifieds have been pretty smooth lately.

The only reason I asked is because I asked the guy some questions and didn't get a response and some other people asked under his ad if anyone had heard from him and no one had. Now he just disappears, just thought maybe something was up with him.
