That's a good idea. I actually bought the little spring steel tool for Packard 56 connectors as I didn't have any luck with even my smallest screwdriver. I actually have one terminal right now I can't get out no matter how hard I push. It's like the small tang has buried itself in the plastic or something.

Push the connector towards the front of the housing first (away fom the wire side) and then use the ziptie. I’ve done the mini screwdriver bit before, but the ziptie didn’t chew up the housing.
