My 69 vert has a power top problem. When I push the top switch to put the top down, (open) it goes up, (closed) - and vice versa. In stead of taking the dash apart to rewire the switch, can I just reverse the wiring at the pump, (behind the back seat)?

The top switch is in it's OE location, at the bottom of the instrument panel on the driver side, correct? Why not just reach up behind and unplug the connector going into the switch and rotate it 180 degrees and plug it back in? You should easily be able to grab the connector, and it just needs flipped.

Thanks Eric - for some reason I was thinking that I needed to take the dash out to get to it. I will try your suggestion.
