My 350 doesn't sound like it's running on all eight. How do you check and see if all cylinders are firing??(what tools, or equipment)

probably the easiest, cheapest and simplest ways is to one by one while the car is running, pull off the spark plug wires and listen for the engine to change. if it doesnt change, you've found your dead cyl.(s). be careful of the hot exhaust

Just a warning, don't pull plug wires if you have a HEI distributor. That system can generate enough spark to arc down inside the cap and hit the ignition module, blowing it out.
HEI cars tend to have plug wire failures, check them.

If you are running headers and with the egine running, take an eye dropper full of water and put a drop on each tube one at a time. the ones that are firing will evap the water instantly.
