I have a 67 rs camaro with dash light problems.Have taken out the dash & every bulb is different.I get one side burning and the other side acts up. Have a new piece on the dash that makes the bulbs burn. I would appreciate a picture or if some one could please tell me the number of the bulbs. Thanks in advance.

I would offer some advice, but I'm certain I know what you are talking about. What do you mean by "one side working", and "they all are different". Are we talking about illumination here or instrument lights, or turn signals or what?

Sorry didn't make myself clear. Around my speedometer. Took it out there were a couple of different number bulbs.I added some 194 bulbs in the place of them, then the right side with the gas needle worked and the speedometer did not burn at all. Confused on what number of bulbs goes where. Thanks

All lamps on the dash are 194. Heater/A/C are 1895. Glove box uses 1895. Wash fluid level is a 168. Headlight motor warning lamp (67 RS) is a 257.

The 194 sockets have probably lost their tension, both for the bulb leafs, and the two 'pigtails' contacting the board. Sometimes just squeezing them or pulling them out, and polishing the board will help.

First off MoonMan, welcome to Team Camaro.
Secondly Everett, I've never heard of a wash fluid level or headlight motor warning lamp. Are these standard or an extra option? Also what does tha headlight warning lamp do? Is it to let you know that your door hasn't hit the limit switch and the motor is still running? Where are these bulbs placed? Thanks, you learn something new every day!

Hey, I just relayed what was in the book, Chiltons 1973.

Haven't you ever seen the washer fluid level light? Open the hood, look at the w/f tank, determine if it is low, then, shazzam! The light comes on! It needs fluid!.........LOL

Headlamp motor, I have not a clue. I can only imagine it would be a light illuminating momentarily at each end of the motor stroke to tell the operator doors are open/closed.
