help on my 1968 camaro when I hit the brakes all my marker lights as well as the dash lights come on.and the turn signals doesn't work. I have the battery in the trunk with it grounded to the sub-frame, head lights/taillights work fine please help I am confused

Sounds like a grounding problem. I have a battery in the trunk,as well as up front, but I did both a ground to the rear ,as well as a ground line to the engine block. both batteries are grounded to the engine block.In your case the dash lghts may not be getting a good ground.Remember that the rear frame is not connected to the front frame.unless you have the frame connectors added on.

remove your dash guage cover, on the top near the high beam light is a small metal hook that the top screw goes through, clean it with somthing abrasive (fine grit sandpaper, emery board etc.) and reassemble it, it is the dash ground and causes many gremlins, usually with the guages.
