I have 3 ducts to install in a non-ac 67 (removed 3+ years ago) I assume I need to remove the heater box for the vent duct?? I would like pictures if possible. I have the 2 large ducts and one very small duct...

Do you have an assembly instruction manual (AIM)? It will show you where everything goes.

Only the defroster duct requires heater box removal.

Yes figured the heater box comes out for the defroster ducts. I do have the AIM but as we all know it has a lot to be desired and it's good if you have factory A/C . ANYONE have pics under there dash 67 w/o a/c?? Like they say pictures are worth a thousand words!!! THANKS....

Don't know if these will help but, I took them during a big block heater core conversion.

Sorry no pics of it all assembled. I do remember having a hard time getting the defroster duct back in place because of the center console, should've just removed that console but I opted to struggle against it. All in all it worked out well.
