im going to be removing my sub frame sometime during the week. this is my first time doing this and was was looking for any last minute do's and dont's.
Its relatively easy. I had never done it before and I finished taking the front clip off in about 2 hours. My suggestion would be to pull the front clip in one piece, that way you don't have to worry so much about lining everything back up later.
Ah my bad. I didn't realize you were that far along. When I removed mine I left all of it together. I put a dolley underneath the transmission, cut the bolts (they were too rusty) and tie a rope to the front. I then had someone steady the back while I yanked it out.
