my 1987 camaro has the front wheels pointing out. I thought it was the ti rods, so I replaced them along with the center link and idler arm with the wheel staight, the pitman arm and idler arm ar parallel, but the wheels each are pointing out a bit. even with the ti rods adjusted all the way in, I cannot bring the tow in. HELP!

Welcome to the Club!! You might take a level and place it against the front tire vertically just ahead of the bulge to get an idea of the amount of camber needing to be taken out.

Then, pull the level to 0 at the top. The space between the tire top and level needs to be lessen, or at least down to approx 1 inch.

You might want to just take it to an alignment shop and ask their opinion. Its not a bad idea since we can't "see" it here. Unless you want to get involved and work on it trying to fix it.
