Hi guys -

I've got the front suspension torn off of my car in the process of doing some upgrades. Here's basically what I'm doing:

C5 brakes
SC&C Street Comp Stage 2+ package, which consists of adjustable upper arms, much taller upper ball joint, and taller outer tie rod ends.

I'm already over budget, and feel I need to stop there. But I figure this would be a good time to put a bigger sway bar on since the lower arms are off. I'll be reinstalling the stock coils and still using the stock monos in the rear. New springs next year once the Visa recovers.

Any suggestions on a good front sway bar to use? or am I dumb for even considering it without replacing front springs?

Thanks!

popular option include Addco ($150) (I have their 1 1/8" bar) and hotchkiss (a lot more $$$)
The hotchkiss bars are tubular and very lite weight.

By all means call Mark and get a recommendation as far as size.

By all means install a larger front bar.
If you plan on Hotchkis or other stiff springs, then get a solid 1" or Hotchkis hollow bar. If you will stay with soft springs, a 1 1/8" bar may be best.
