I was under a 69 restomod on a lift Thursday and noted that it had braided line running from the tank all the way forward. Is this common? It seemed tough to stabilize the entire route.

Yes it is. I used SS line with modified Swagelok fittings at the ends. Much safer and neater IMHO.

That sounds much better. I use swagelock all over the place at work but never thought about using them for a automotive app.
