I am all set to order a full floor pan for my 68' convert, but my new neighbor who is a car guy says to order it in quarters. He says that they overlap making it a stonger car and floor. I guess I can see what he is saying, but looking at the quarters, they don't come with the seat pans, or mounts for the subframe. I am also thinking that it came as one pan from the factory if I am correct, so it shouldn't hurt to put a one piece back in.

Any suggestions from you pros?

Thanks................Andy

Hi

I installed a one piece floor and it looks great and fit like a glove. A one piece was good for GM it s good for me. Alot less work then installing quarter pieces.

Just my 2 cents

Thanks:beers:

Let me know how it goes. I have a '68 vert that needs a new floor as well, but I haven't built up the guts to cut out the old yet. I just cut out my trunk this weekend, but the floor scares me. Pictures of your bracing & cuts would be helpful.
