You need to insert the key in the lock. Then, on the side of the lock is a thin openeing where you can insert a very small flat blad screw drive or punch. Once you depress the pin that resides in that slot, I believe you have to turn the key, and the lock cylinder will slide out.

I followed the info on the link, but I did find that with the key in the lock, in the locked position, that I could get to the tumbler with a small screw driver from a slot in the front. Much easier to access.
