Hi Everyone,

Well, I've always wanted to own and restore a first gen Camaro, and as of late December the project has begun on our 1967 coupe! Many hours have already been spent on this board performing research, and while I'm sure there will be more questions to come, thanks to all of you for the great info and reference material contained here at TC!

Thanks for the warm welcome guys! CfunK I'm in East Cobb (Marietta). I'm easy to find, just look for the guy trying to "squeeze" a resto job into one garage bay! :D

Hey Rodder, good to see another Atlantan on the board.

Hey Bill - thanks for the offer. I'm just south of you off Johnson Ferry. I know I'm the newbie here but if you need anything let me know - [email protected].

Hey Guys, I'm in, just let me know when and where. I am new to GA, but not to Camaros or the site! I'm over in Suwanee, in Gwinnett County. Just shoot me a PM or e-mail.
Hey Danooch, welcome to the site and good luck on the project! If you need a hand, let me know.

Mike

Sounds good guys - pick a spot and we'll make it happen. I wish I was able to actually drive my Camaro, but it is just a shell at the moment ...

By the way, if anyone in the area has a flatbed trailer I can borrow there may be some free beer in it for you... :beers:

Why should that stop you Jon?

I drove home from work tonight at 10 pm in the '67 and it doesn't have heat! It sat in the parking lot and I have never seen so much snow on it. The only tricky part I came across was the street that led to our development. I turned the corner and the street was full of evil slush. A little slipping and sliding with the bald rear tires but Beatrice and I made it home safe.

Daily drivers, gotta love 'em
