With my not stock 302, Muncie M20, and 3.73 I run a Demon 650 DP four corner idle. I personally red line at 7500 even though the motor is not quitting. Adequate for me. Didn't they originally come with a 780?

My 69 Z came with a 780 vacuum secondary. My 302 loved my 750 double pumper. I would put one on with 4 corner idle . Mine was not.

I have to x2 this. I ran a modified 750 dp on my modified 302 in the mid 70's. Can't tell you what mods though. It was one of two on a BBC with tunnel ram a friend let me BORROW when his engine was being rebuilt. I absolutely loved it.

My 750 was built by Biggs. He built it to my car specifically. The 302 was very happy off the line, and up in the RPMs.

Call AED, they will build you a carburetor for the engine. I imagine they will most likely do a 750 double pumper. Great people, have you engines specs available when you call, cam, compression, intake, rear gear, altitude where you live etc.
