loosen the bolts and move the hood over a tiny bit, then tighten the bolts back up. you may have to drill the holes out a bit bigger if this is an aftermarket hood, or you just cant get it over far enough
Loosen the back two bolts on each side leaving the front snug and give the hood a nudge and re tighten while holding pressure. Theres not much adjustement on those cars but the hinges can be tweaked side to side easily.
Those plastic fenders have a metal reinforcement in the rear and you can tweak the gap on to the hood slightly without affecting the door gap/alignement. Theres also a bolt near the mirror that will let you adjust the upper fender to hood/door allignement.
