It always something. Installed new Auto Meter Phantom gauges in place of old factory gauges in the pod. Therefore, my wiring harnes no longer plugs into the back of the circuit board. Now, my horn doesn't work. Is there a connection here? I have had the horn disconnected for a couple of months because my toddler likes to climb in the car and push the horn to watch me jump. I am pretty sure the horn has to work in order to get the car inspected at the end of the month. How can I test the relay to see if that is working correctly? Any ideas here?

Normally pushing the horn without the horn hooked up you'll hear the relay clunk. My 71SS's sounded like it's relay was at the front left of the engine compartment. I guess you gotta back track from the horn wires. My cigarette lighter isn't hooked up so I'd hot wire my horn to it if I hadn't already fixed the problem for my safety check. That would of made some record books. I think there might be a solution of busting loose part of the board back there since my car has connections on a circuit board hanging with gizmos still functioning. Not sure but possibly. I'm not running your instruments.
