Don't know what all is included - assuming inners/outers/ adj sleeves/pitman/idler/center link.
The center link has no moving parts, so unless yours is bent or wallowed on the holes, it should be fine. You should be able to do considerably better (price-wise) getting MOOG replacement stuff @ your local parts house.
"Play" in the wheel could be coming from a lot of places - steering box, wheel bearings, ball joints in addition to above.
I don't see any benefit to going with blingy aftermarket stuff vs good old made in the USA quality replacements, if stock susp is what you're after. Compare prices.
