Pull the Connections on the 70 motor and plug them into the 80 motor. Ground the body of the Wiper Unit. Your 70 motor may not be burnt. 9 times out of 10 the Lower Bearing is seized. You can dissemble the unit but do not suggest you try to take out the Stator and windings - just lift the stator shaft, clean bushing contacts, blow out case and spray the bottom bearing area with Rust Check and oil with something like 3in1 or bearing oil.
You could try the procedure in the post below. The wiper motor should be similar if not identical in design and function to the 68-69 motor in this thread.
