I have a Pink wire and a Green wire that go into a flat plug in the DASH harness in a 69 Camaro. I cannot figure out where this would plug into?? Any suggestions?

as soon as you say pink/green i thought back up lights.

chevy has used those colors for many years on all models........

as well as purple for nuetral saftey switches.

If auto column shifted, 67 & 68, the b/up switch & neutral switch would be on the column, top, next to the firewall, inside.
If auto console shifted, 67 & 68, then the b/up & neutral switch would be located in the console on the shifter, pass side of shifter.
If column or console shifted manual, 67 & 68, the switch is bolted on the trans. The switch has a harness/plug and would plug into its related receptacle next to the gas pedal.
If 69, man or auto, column or console shifted, the switch is located on the top of the steering column, inside at the firewall.
