Just finished the Conversion to the Hurst 1/4stick in my 67 RS with console. it turned out pretty good,

Great job!
I did the same install except I used the 4-speed shifter plate. No "shaving" required.

The test runs were ok I guess, they consisted of running the car while supported on jackstands, but it worked. I want to install the backup light module, (hope to order it tonight) then the aluminum plate cover for the 1/4stick. to get rid of the rods you can see, but it dont look too bad.

good timing Chris!

I am starting an auto conversion now and planned to put an after market shifter in,the 4 speed is coming out to nite.
and the 350th shoul;d be in this weekend ,but I haven't settled on a shiter yet!

thanks for the appreciation, I love Digital cameras!!!

I just heard that the technology in the Hubble telescope was the driving factor for Digital camera technology? dont know if its true., but pretty cool.

but just in case anyone is interested, I have also (on my webpage) the how-to's section, covering all my projects that I have done (and put on the site) just like my shifter install.
