I have read through the disc brake conversion posts but need a little help with this one. I took my 69's front discs with spindles off (in favor of ATS spindles and big brakes). I am going to be installing them on my friend's 68 Firebird that currently has power drum brakes. Here are the questions:

Once installed, will a stock disc brake hose connect the hard line to the caliper or is a new hardline needed as well?

Will the existing hardlines attach to the new mast cyl and prop valve or should I get new hard lines for a disc brake car?

Anything else to know about that I'm missing?
