Purchased a set of wiper arms off ebay. They are a dull looking sheet metal colour. The seller says that's the way the originals came and that they are stainless steel.
My arms I have now are chromed.
Is he correct.

They're not very bright, kinda dull, but if you want originality that's what they are.
