Very cool! Thanks for the ideas, John. I've been to 215&Eastern before and I'll almost certainly make that one. Are you going to attend?Cars and Coffee Sat at 215 and eastern. Also just south at the new speed center. They run exotics as well as ZO6s and GT500 you can drive with no speed limit for a few buck on the track. Seen guys run 140 on the straightaway. Or just fun to watch. They Give ride alongs on Saturday morning along with the weekly cruise in. A couple of lap in the Vette for $20 or the Ferrari or Lambos for $50.
Shelby is right on the south strip. Great place to go if you haven't been there.
We go to Eastern for breakfast at around 730 at the Griddle, hang out for an hour then a 10 min drive to the Track for more hanging out. Local cruise in so cars at both places to check out.Very cool! The track stuff sounds enticing also.
Is the free tour of Kount's Customs worth the trip?
Thanks for the input. I heard the Mesquite one advertised on the radio when i was there. Maybe next time.I know it's no help now, but just an FYI for your future radar. Mesquite Motor Mania is always held this upcoming weekend in Mesquite, 80 miles north of town. Always a great turnout and great show. The weather is usually perfect this time of year compared to summer shows. Plenty of places around to dine and mix it up as well. This, and Super Run in Henderson (August), are two events to keep in mind.
