hey infamous ! the thru bolts are rusted onto the inner sleeve around the bushing. you can use a propane torch to heat up the nut to loosen it, when its still hot spray some pb blaster penetrating oil on the nut, but be careful of flame-up. this is the only penetrating oil that really works that i've used over the last 30 years. after you free the nut up, spray into the bolt area a let soak in (preferably overnite) then replace nut part way. Use a 5-10 pound hammer and hit the nut several times, this usually does it. after the bolt is flush with the frame you will have to use a punch to dfive out the bolt the rest of the way. The whole process takes time, just make sure the springs are either out, or collapased and held collapsed. hope this helps
