I am new to this forum thing so bare with me. I am trying to lower my 67. I have lowered the back with 2" lowering blocks and was about to start on the front when a friend told me about this website. So my question is what is the best way to lower the front end? If anyone has lowered theirs can you recommend what parts you used? And last but not least, were the lowering blocks the best idea for the rear?

BTW its a 67 with a .30 over 327 with an original front bench seat. If it matters.

Thanks in advance.

ohh a bench seat, thats rare, but anyways

the lowering blocks for the rear arent the best idea, but as long as you drive it easy, and are not using the t-bolts (you need to use u-bolts)
you could also get lowering springs for the rear

if you want to lower the front use drop springs not drop spindles
there are so many options hotchkis (thats what i have and love)
you also could get springs from eibach, gw
or coil overs from QA1

if you want some in depth info on suspensions look to david pozzi
