It's funny when you embark on a project like this - the ramping up, tooling up and everything else is half the fun. You guys did a great job and that sure looks like a smile of accomplishment.
This is definitely the most in depth restoration either of us has been involved in. Enjoying every minute.

Our friends from Michigan are visiting. So, we put them to work. Juston took our crash course...learn as you go 101. He did great! The jig is finally complete!

Made a little more progress on the car Katie and Justin welded some support brackets in. Tomorrow we will remove the trailer.

Katie cut out most of the outer rocker which was actually a patch. Remnants of the old outer rocker is still in there. This will take a bit of time to clean up.

Most of the rocker panel is out. We still have to drill out the upper welds where inner and outer rockers meet.

The passenger outer rocker is almost completely out. A little work around the fron door jamb and we can begin fitting it into place
.
We now have a good method for removing the outer rocker. So, the driver side should go by more smoothly.
