Can anyone help me out. I found this Manual Transmission in the dirt. Has no linkage so I can't tell if it's 3 or 4 speed. Stamped on the sides are GM 28 463011. The linkage side has GM38 3952645. Also on that side I can't tell but it looks like D23 0 or 9? (or) D28 0 or 9? Any info would be great.

There's a reason it was in the dirt. It's a 1970 Saginaw 3 speed.
