As Geezer gave the first suggestion, keep it in good repair for a better return on investment. I've never had a problem with OEM parts. Follow the maintenance schedule and keep tires inflated.
A cat-back muffler system is good.
A good thrust alignment is good, aka, four-wheel alignment.
