Hey everyone,
I have a 87 Camaro, that I am restoring.
It was originally a v6 car but the previous owner pitched that motor and had a Small Block in it, he also tore out all of that 'computer and smog crap' in it. I now have a small block .305 in it with, Hedman Hedders going to 2.5'' exhaust, Edelbrock Performance intake, warmed up cam, and a Holley 4011 model carb. I am now having trouble figuring out thevacuum lines and electrical. Will my Holley need these hookups or can I block off all of the line ports on the motor and carb, and still have it run fine?; and do I need to switch my harness out? The pins do not fit my alternator(could always get a new one), and I have a ton of fittings that I don't have hook ups for.I am a high school student who plans to drive this every day for mpgs are a concern.
