Sorry I can not help you with the list but I did want to offer some hard learned (expensive) advice. I purchased the "complete" kit from
**Edited by Administrator** as well as the front suspension kit and steering kit. I would have been better off buying a grab bad of stainless hardware at Home Depot. I found the kit that was sent to me was incomplete and, more often than not, incorrect.
My advice to you is to do what you are doing now - obtain a list/description of the hardware required (maybe using an assembly manual if you need specific pieces) and purchase them part by part.
